SAEKI - Manufacturing at software speed

Europe's defense industrial base cannot respond at the speed modern conflict requires. Legacy suppliers operate on month-long timelines. Tribal knowledge is retiring. Supply chains are fragile. SAEKI is building the operating system for autonomous factories - the infrastructure that lets Europe manufacture mission-critical components at software speed.

The Role

We keep hiring as SAEKI scales. If no open role fits you today, apply here. When a role opens, this pool is where we look first. We are open to every level, from intern and working student to VP.

What We're Looking For

• Production. CNC machining, additive manufacturing and post-processing. You take a part from first setup to one that passes inspection.

• Engineering. Mechanical, process and quality engineering. You find out why a part failed and change the process so it holds next time.

• Software. Backend, robotics, computational geometry and factory software. You build the operating system that plans, runs and checks production on real machines.

• Operations. Supply chain, logistics and IT/OT. You make sure material arrives on time, machines stay online and the site runs every hour production does.

• Business. Finance, HR, legal and compliance. You build the structures a fast-growing defence and aerospace manufacturer needs to scale across countries.

What we're not looking for

• Someone who waits for instructions.
• A generic application sent to twenty companies.
