Main tasks:
- Act as a senior SME for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation
- Design and optimize end-to-end consolidation processes based on IFRS and Swiss GAAP
- Configure consolidation models, rules, mappings, hierarchies and validation processes
- Support financial close, intercompany, ownership, currency translation and reporting processes
- Drive migration and transformation from SAP BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting
- Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, GL, FPSL, BW and other data platforms
- Support automation, data quality, testing and AI-driven improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP Product Management and technical teams
- Analyze incidents and drive root-cause resolution
Your qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Finance Technology
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, ideally SAP BPC/BCS
- Deep understanding of consolidation processes, Group Reporting architecture and Financial Close
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP, ideally FINMA/SNB reporting
- Experience with BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting migrations and transformations
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, data models and interfaces
- Experience with SAP Reporting, BEx and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of ABAP, Enhancements, BAdIs, APIs and Interfaces is an advantage
- Experience with BW, GL, FPSL, MDG or Data Lake solutions is an advantage
- Experience with automation, testing and ideally AI-supported finance processes
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or another highly regulated environment
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile organizations
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field
- Fluent English
