United States (Central Belt / Midwest, Georgia, or California considered)
$90,000 - $120,000 Base + Commission + Car Allowance + Mileage Reimbursement
A Technical Territory Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer is required for a customer-facing industrial technology sales role supporting growth across the United States. This opportunity is suited to a technically minded sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and providing solutions to OEM and industrial customers.
With responsibility for an assigned territory, the Technical Territory Sales Manager will take ownership of the sales process from initial customer engagement through to closing opportunities, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to understand requirements and provide technically informed solutions.
Technical Territory Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Benefits:

The Technical Territory Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Role:
- Develop and grow customer relationships across an assigned US territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial customers
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts
- Visit customers and prospects to build strong commercial relationships
- Understand customer requirements and work with engineering teams to provide suitable solutions
- Support technical discussions, quotations, follow-ups and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle
- Build relationships with stakeholders including engineering, purchasing and senior decision-makers
- Develop long-term customer partnerships and convert technical discussions into commercial opportunities
Technical Territory Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Experience as a Technical Territory Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar industrial sales role
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development or customer-facing commercial roles
- Experience selling into industrial markets such as mobile equipment, construction equipment, off-road vehicles, sensors, automation or related technologies
- Ability to communicate confidently with engineers, purchasing teams and senior customer stakeholders
- Technical understanding with the ability to discuss engineering concepts and customer requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities
- Willingness to travel regularly to support customers and prospects
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working with OEM customers or industrial equipment manufacturers
- Background selling sensors, instrumentation, automation products or related industrial technologies
- Existing industry contacts within relevant industrial markets
