Position Summary
JLL is seeking a Senior Vice President to provide senior leadership for Investor Industrial Services, an industrial-focused business within the National Investor Services platform, reporting into the platform This is a growth-oriented executive role charged with expanding JLL's Investor Industrial Services business on a national basis, anchored by deep relationship development in the Inland Empire market and extended through a broad network of national brokerage and institutional contacts.
The scope of work supported by this role spans capital expenditure (capex) projects, landlord oversight engagements, and new development advisory services for institutional owners of industrial assets. The Senior Vice President will serve as a senior representative of the National Investor Services platform, responsible for building and sustaining the relationships, pipeline, and team capacity required to scale the industrial business. This individual will operate at the intersection of business development, client relationship management, and organizational growth, working in close partnership with property management, asset management, and platform leadership to advance JLL's position with institutional investor clients nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national growth strategy for Investor Industrial Services, setting priorities and driving execution for expansion across the Inland Empire market and the broader national industrial platform.
- Build a strong alliance with the Inland Empire brokerage business, driving seamless execution strategies between brokerage and PDS.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with institutional investor clients, brokerage partners, property managers, and asset managers to expand market share and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Drive the industrial capital project pipeline across three core service lines: capital expenditure (capex) projects, landlord oversight engagements, and new development advisory for institutional owners of industrial assets.
- Own and grow the national Investor Industrial Services pipeline, overseeing opportunity tracking from origination through conversion and ensuring disciplined, consistent reporting to platform leadership.
- Partner closely with property management and asset management leadership to identify, develop, and convert capital improvement and project management opportunities that grow institutional client portfolios.
- Provide upfront support for preliminary budget and schedule development, working alongside brokerage and property management teams to shape early project scope and advance opportunities through the pipeline.
- Represent the National Investor Services platform in market-facing engagements, industry events, and brokerage functions that build brand presence and grow the pipeline.
- Serve as a key liaison connecting local market execution teams, brokerage, property management, and asset management contacts with the National Investor Services platform, ensuring alignment on growth priorities and client experience.
- Track and report on growth metrics, including pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and expansion of brokerage, property management, and asset management relationships.
- Partner with operations to track and reconcile revenue growth, ensuring accurate reporting that supports pipeline and business performance visibility.
- Ensure projects are executed with strong quality control, holding delivery to the standard required to protect and grow the client relationship.
- Own customer relationship management as a core growth discipline, ensuring institutional clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience that supports retention and expansion.
- Identify and attract high-value talent to grow the team, partnering with talent acquisition and platform leadership on recruiting while providing senior-level mentorship that builds bench strength and sustains the team's growth trajectory.
Leadership & Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to Mike Parlato on the National Investor Services platform. The Senior Vice President will function as a senior leader within the national organization, with accountability for market-level growth outcomes and close, ongoing collaboration with platform leadership on strategy, pipeline performance, and team development. The role carries national visibility and is expected to contribute to the broader direction of the Investor Industrial Services business beyond its home market.
Any partnership or collaboration with local markets or other JLL business lines is to be conducted with the approval of, and in accordance with the established processes of, the National Investor Services platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, with a track record of business development success serving institutional investor clients; experience within the industrial sector strongly preferred.
- Established network of brokerage, property management, and asset management relationships, with specific familiarity in the Inland Empire market strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building and growing a business pipeline, with the ability to translate relationships into recurring revenue.
- Prior experience contributing to team growth, including participation in recruiting and talent development, strongly preferred.
- Executive presence and polished communication skills, with the credibility to represent JLL at senior levels internally and externally.
- Ability to operate with a national mindset while maintaining deep local market relationships and delivery accountability.

Estimated compensation for this position:
200,000.00 – 235,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
