Based in Indianapolis, this role is an exciting opportunity to champion a culture of safety while supporting our HVAC, plumbing, water filtration, and insulation teams throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

What Will I Do?
- Work to instill a safety culture as the fundamental driver to an injury-free workplace within the scope of the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Installation & Service regionally.
- Provide technical advice, coaching and guidance on health and safety training programs to address regulatory requirements and job-site-specific operational and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with Max Service Group leadership, supervisors, and project functions to review process specifications to ensure safety and human factors considerations in all projects.
- Work with OSHA and other pertinent federal, state and local regulatory agencies to manage regulatory compliance.
Take the lead in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis when incidents occur and ensure corrective actions are put in place to prevent recurrence.
Consult and guide operations management to oversee and manage injured employees through the transitional return-to-work process.

Do I Have What it Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, constructions, or health and safety (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years experience in health and safety management for projects and construction and/or relevant operations experience
- Required OSHA 30 and ability to obtain OSHA 511 and 501
- Health and Safety related certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with contractor management and prequalification programs
- Experience in dealing with multiple regulatory agencies including OSHA, EPA and DOT
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (IN, OH, KY); up to 75% of the time
