Manager, Agency Planning & Sales Operations

Support the Senior Manager in executing work processes related to business reviews and monitoring of Agency’s strategic priorities and initiatives.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Perform the analysis of business performance across key areas including sales, recruitment, manpower, productivity and other strategic business indicators to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive the preparation and presentation of business performance reports, management dashboards and strategic insights to support senior management and business decision-making.
• Own the monitoring and reporting of annual KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking of business performance, identification of key business drivers, and timely escalation of performance gaps.
• Lead data governance and reporting quality by establishing validation processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of management information.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews and analytical reports for management committees, leadership meetings and other strategic forums.
• Lead the development, enhancement and automation of reporting solutions and dashboards to improve operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness and business insights.
• Continuously review, streamline and enhance reporting processes, methodologies and business intelligence capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements, provide analytical recommendations and support strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the key liaison with Takaful counterparts on sales reporting, performance tracking and operational matters to ensure alignment and timely delivery of business information.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, business initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance operational excellence and business performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing, capability development and consistent delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Perform other strategic or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Management.

Job Specification:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or any other related field

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
