Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Supply Planner to design and execute replenishment strategies that balance service, inventory and cost while acting as the key interface between Supply Planning and market stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory performance and enabling agile responses to business disruptions. The successful candidate will leverage planning systems, analytics and digital tools to support data-driven decision-making while continuously improving planning processes and supply chain performance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive End-to-End Replenishment Planning Excellence
Translate demand plans into optimized replenishment strategies.
Ensure service level targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels.
Continuously adjust replenishment plans based on business constraints and changing conditions.
Anticipate, assess and mitigate supply risks to minimize business disruption.
Act as the Supply Planning Representative for the Market
Serve as the primary point of contact for in-market supply planning topics.
Influence commercial, logistics and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.
Lead supply planning discussions during IBP and S&OP cycles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Drive Digitalization and Data-Driven Planning
Champion the effective use of planning systems, including OMP and APO.
Ensure data integrity and planning master data accuracy.
Leverage analytics and business insights to support decision-making.
Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Optimize Inventory and Distribution Network
Define inventory policies, segmentation strategies and replenishment parameters.
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Balance service, cost and cash objectives across the supply network.
Lead Continuous Improvement
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Standardize planning processes and promote best practices across the organization.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, DRP, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Logistics Planning or related disciplines.
Digital mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation and process optimization.
Experience using Power BI for reporting, visualization and business insights is highly desirable.
Knowledge and practical application of Artificial Intelligence tools and data-driven solutions is highly desirable.
Experience leveraging ChatGPT or similar AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, analysis and decision-making is highly desirable.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
English proficiency required.
Spanish proficiency required.
Experience operating in complex, multi-market or highly dynamic supply chain environments.
Strong supply chain planning expertise and understanding of inventory management principles.
Experience working with advanced planning systems such as OMP, APO or similar planning platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
Experience collaborating with Commercial, Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate trade-offs and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
