In this role, you’ll help ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and prepared for construction and installation teams. You’ll receive and label incoming materials, prepare orders for pickup or shipment, inspect inventory, and help maintain a clean and safe warehouse. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.  

Location: This is an on-site warehouse position located in Columbia, Missouri.  

What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain inventory accuracy by completing inventory counts and ensuring materials are properly documented.
• Manage incoming inventory by receiving, labeling, and distributing materials.
• Keep materials organized by storing inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Inspect inventory regularly to identify possible defects or damaged materials.
• Process inventory requests by reviewing and appropriately accepting or rejecting requests.
• Prepare outgoing materials by pulling needed items and preparing them for pickup or shipment.
• Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and mopping floors and removing dust and debris from items and shelves.
• Support safe operations by properly using pallet jacks, dollies, and wheeled carts.
• Pitch in as needed and take on additional duties that support warehouse and company operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of related warehouse or inventory experience
• Experience receiving, labeling, organizing, or distributing inventory
• Experience safely operating a pallet jack, dolly, or wheeled cart
• A proven ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need the following required qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, dolly, and wheeled cart
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
