Are you analytical, detail-oriented and interested in building your career in financial data operations? We are looking for an Associate Data Operations Analyst to join our Client Experience, Managed Services team.
You will help process, reconcile, transform and verify client data used in regulatory and compliance filing activities. Working with analysts, specialists and subject-matter experts, you will investigate data issues, maintain mappings, monitor filing schedules and help ensure that client deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of recurring responsibilities, develop your technical and client communication skills, and progress from Associate to Intermediate and Senior levels. The role is primarily remote and follows working hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Occasional additional hours may be needed around client deadlines or holiday cover.

Advanced Excel capability and basic SQL knowledge are important for the role. VBA Macros and Python are beneficial, but Python is not required from day one.
- Process, reconcile, cleanse and verify client data, including updating mapping tables and working files.
- Monitor internal tools, data traffic and filing schedules, following up on delayed data submissions where required.
- Analyse data, investigate business and client queries, and resolve or escalate inconsistencies.
- Create and load filings, perform calculations, and complete validation and quality checks on deliverables.
- Produce reports, maintain process documentation and capture operational changes.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to improve processes and introduce appropriate checks and controls.
- Work primarily remotely while being based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Follow a clear progression path from Associate to Intermediate and Senior levels.
- Gain exposure to financial data operations, regulatory filings and client communication.
- Learn from experienced colleagues, analysts and specialist review teams.
- Combine structured operational delivery with data investigation, problem-solving and process improvement.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance or a related discipline.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar data processing or operational data role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including the ability to read and understand queries.
- Experience with data reconciliation, verification, transformation or mapping.
- Strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities with limited supervision after onboarding.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
- Experience in financial services, investment services or SaaS.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance operations or filing activities.
- Experience with VBA Macros for process improvement or automation.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience supporting recurring client deliverables or working with large volumes of data.
