THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a HRIS & Governance, Consultant who will
Plays the integral role in developing and maintaining HR policies & procedures, providing the expertise in HR Governance program management, to ensure that these practices, business process as usual are compliant with organization and legislative requirements.
Take lead and/ or involve in HR system transformation/ enhancement projects, responsible for leveraging on technology and propose the hand-on solutions for continuous platform improvement to form HR operational excellence.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the HR Advisor on HR governance and risk management field to ensure that all process and activities aligned with the internal and external compliance standard and framework (60%)
Set yearly plan of all actions, activities and initiatives related to governance and risk management field to mitigate, governance all HR process and employee’s matters.
Revise and create policy and offer advice in all matters relating to the HR Governance, and employees’ relation issues.
Provide the guidance and advice to HR stakeholders on principles, regulation and framework/ procedures on employee’s relation that may arise.
Be the country liaison with Group HR on HR governance and risk management and identify gaps and implement mitigation plans.
Establish the HR operational excellence, and increase the operational process’ efficiency through the role of HRIS (20%)
Take lead and implement HR system Group digitalized transformation and local initiatives to bring the better employee journey during the employees’ lifecycle.
Act as the technical advisor for the HRM system/ platform to address all troubleshoots raised from the stakeholders through liaising with Global CoE and exceling the digitalized business process and system behavior.
Independently perform in change communication in all business process on HRM system/ platform
Play the role as People Advisor to manage day-to-day HR inquiries and employee activities of assigned business functions (20%)
Handle general and complex inquiries which are logged through case management via employee portal. These inquiries include the overall HR policies from hiring, compensation & benefit, learning development, employee information.
Escalade Escalate exception case to either HRBP or HR functional specialist for employee relation matters beyond the standard and
Be the owner of the process related to non-compensation & benefit areas and can solve the troubleshoot about these on HR system
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in HR field, reward design experience preferable
Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law
Analytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptions
Digitalization mindset and understanding
Interpersonal skill to interact with employees/managers in general issue resolution
Writing skill to provide response to employees via case management on employee portal
Empathy: Asking the right questions
Critical Thinking - Problem solving & communication skills - ‘Workplace Conversations’
