YOUR MISSION
Act as the key interface between SCM business stakeholders, SAP teams, IT Business Intelligence developers, our SCM platform (Infor Nexus), and external Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
Provide global support for logistics systems, including Infor Nexus, SAP, Transporeon and related operational technology solutions.
Drive the execution of tech SCM strategies, projects, and operational initiatives to support business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and implement technical solutions that enhance logistics processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate the testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities, enhancements, and system developments.
Ensure global alignment and standardization of technical logistics processes across all LSPs.
Support, manage, and collaborate with LSPs, including conducting onboarding sessions, user training, and ongoing system enablement.
Lead or contribute to special projects and provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and achievements.
YOUR TALENT
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
Strong understanding of EDI messaging, system integrations, and data exchange processes across enterprise platforms.
Experience with Power BI, including report creation, maintenance, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
A proactive change management mindset with the ability to drive process transformation and user adoption.
Collaborative team player with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude .
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex processes and operational requirements.
Experience with Infor Nexus, SAP Logistics modules, or transportation management systems is considered a strong plus.
