You've owned a regional marketing function before. That means the budget, KPIs, the pipeline number, and the plan to hit it. You've marketed enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM or a closely adjacent market, so you already know the buyers and what actually gets a CISO or a Head of TPRM to engage.

We are seeking a Director, North America Marketing to lead demand generation, pipeline growth and brand positioning for VISO TRUST across the region. You'll own the North America marketing plan and budget, translate global strategy into regional programs, and personally get hands on with campaign execution alongside Shared Services and Product Marketing.

About the Role

You'll own the North America marketing plan and budget, translate global strategy into regional programs, and personally get hands on with campaign execution alongside Shared Services and Product Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Own the North America marketing plan, budget and pipeline number, and report results directly to executive leadership.
- Act as the trusted marketing partner to regional Sales leadership.
- Drive pipeline generation through integrated digital, field, partner and account based marketing programs.
- Translate global messaging and product launches into regional campaigns that land with local buyers and industries.
- Feed regional market insight and customer feedback, back into global marketing strategy.
- Lead cross functional planning with Shared Services, Product Marketing, Content, Sales and Customer Success.
- Run regional events, webinars and customer engagement programs, managing agencies and vendors as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience marketing enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM, operational resilience or a closely adjacent market.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including regional or field marketing in a high growth SaaS or enterprise technology business, with direct accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes.
- Strong grasp of modern B2B demand generation across digital, field and ABM channels.
- Track record partnering with Sales leadership, Product Marketing and executive leadership on regional GTM strategies.
- Experience using marketing technology, CRM and analytics platforms to optimize performance, HubSpot and Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Private equity backed, high growth SaaS experience is a strong plus.
