- Ensure immaculate and accurate display of marketing and merchandising materials for used and new vehicles including stickers, pricing, storyboards, banners, streamers, store signage, etc.
- Maintain accurate new and used vehicle information on internet by taking and submitting vehicle photographs and ensuring price match between lot and internet.
- New Vehicle Inventory
- Check-in and enter all new vehicles on invoice into system.
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) procedures
- Coordinate and track service work requests and accessory installation
- Facilitate new vehicle dealer trades as assigned
- Used Vehicle Inventory
- Complete inventory re-positioning of all used vehicles a minimum of once a week
- Supervise and approve all vendor reconditioning for completeness and competitive pricing
- Coordinate We-Owe process for effective used vehicle cycle time through the shop
- Inventory Wholesale and Disposal
- Wholesale used vehicles through the Used Vehicle Action List, First Look and authorized Red Light sales, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain inventory wholesale plans on a daily basis using First Look
- Track vehicle shipping and drops of all vehicles with the direction and support of the Lithia Shipping Coordinator
- Trade bullpen maintenance and administration as it relates to Buyers Guides and customer trade information
- Complete certified vehicle administration for separate areas of retail sale, stickers, condition, manufacturer policies and responsibilities
- Maintain organization of the Pedigree files
- Complete monthly physical inventory to confirm new and used vehicle counts match accounting records.
- Supervise lot attendant staff on daily activities and schedules.

- Complete all necessary documentation and reporting required by Lithia Home Office.
