Product Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product management activities and product-related projects across the Forming and Dryer Fabrics portfolio.
• Prepare technical materials, product documentation, and support tools for sales teams and customer-facing activities.
• Analyze product performance, quality, and operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and business impacts.
• Participate in product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with R&D and laboratory teams.
• Work closely with production, sales, R&D, and laboratory functions to solve technical and commercial challenges.
• Support customer-related topics and contribute to initiatives that improve product performance and customer value.
• Develop expertise across the full value chain, from manufacturing processes to customer applications and market needs.

Expectations for you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Positive and proactive attitude toward learning, development, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Interest in technology, manufacturing processes, industrial products, and customer applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
