Analytics Lead - Enterprise Data
$113,687 - $140,972 / year minimum starting pay
Job Level: Supervisor
Job Location: Corporate Office – Columbia, Missouri

What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for leading a team of analytics professionals and leveraging Tableau expertise to drive data-driven insights and visualizations. This individual requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and an advanced understanding of Tableau to support business decision-making and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in analytics, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights and support business decisions typically required.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading a team of analytics professionals.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with a demonstrated ability to create visually impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization principles and techniques.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and metrics, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
