Analytics Lead | Rosebank / Dunkeld

We're partnering with an innovative, technology-driven healthcare organisation seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to shape data strategy and lead a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, actuaries and health informatics specialists. This is an opportunity to use analytics to improve healthcare outcomes for South Africans.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of dashboards, reporting and advanced analytics across the business.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary analytics team, driving capability and performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
✔ 8+ years' experience in Analytics / BI
✔ Leadership experience managing analytics teams
✔ Strong SQL and Power BI, Tableau or Qlik experience
✔ Passion for transforming data into meaningful business insights
✔ Healthcare analytics experience or an interest in AI would be advantageous.
