- Work Model: On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and
- Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Two days off: Sunday and one rotational day.

About the Position
Join a dynamic customer service team in Braga, Portugal, supporting a leading consumer credit platform. This role involves assisting customers with their credit inquiries and new project financing needs, ensuring a high level of service and building lasting relationships.
Additional Information
This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis.
Requirements
- Fluent in French.
- Must currently reside in Portugal, specifically in or near Braga. Candidates located outside this area or requiring relocation will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer requests by phone regarding current credit and new project inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions, understand expectations, reassure them, and provide suitable financing options.
- Develop long-lasting, high-quality relationships to enrich the customer portfolio within a Relational Excellence framework.
- Optimize each contact (incoming and outgoing calls) by identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
- Manage assigned files in compliance with procedures and safety rules, demonstrating rigor and integrity.
