Additional Information
- Meal allowance of 9€ per day.
- Performance bonus: 100€ for the first three months, then up to performance.

Requirements
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in French.
- Reside within 30km of Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers across various channels with questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
- Receive incoming calls from Bouygues Telecom customers.
- Welcome and advise Bouygues Telecom customers.
- Offer personalized solutions on every call.
- Embrace and share the Bouygues Telecom culture with colleagues daily.
