As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality outcomes, while driving improvements in testing efficiency and effectiveness through innovative automation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable testing frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data validation techniques.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages relevant to ETL testing.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages to support testing activities.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
