About this role
Join us as a Lead Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping transformative programs in our New Verticals pillar that accelerate our long-term growth.

The Lead Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to delivering our Grocery and Retail business strategy (initiatives will evolve in line with business priorities). This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence - bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.  

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Generate innovative ideas and solutions to solve commercial and technical problems to advance business success.
• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, delivery, and adoption of complex cross-functional programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, logistics, customer service, marketing, SSO, finance, markets …) and influence all stakeholder levels to foster collaboration, speed, and accountability, driving impactful outcomes.
• Drive and track progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs; report regularly to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues (strategic, operational, technical) proactively and with a high degree of autonomy, escalating where needed.
• Enable decision-making through data-driven insights and clear communication.

• Anticipate commercial and technical challenges, creatively solve problems, and remove roadblocks before they affect delivery.
• Operate comfortably at strategic, analytic, and execution levels, shifting between the modes as needed.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders and influence desired outcomes without authority.
• Communicate complex issues simply and persuasively.
