Under direct supervision, this role will support faculty members in conducting professional research within various disciplines. Primary responsibilities to include aiding in research tasks, data collection and analysis, and report preparation.
Assists in conducting research activities, including data analysis, literature reviews, and experiment execution, as applicable.
Collaborates in preparing reports, abstracts, and presentations for reports, conferences, or publications.
Provides support in coordinating events, social media efforts, or other dissemination activities related to research findings, as applicable.
Participates in relevant meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute effectively to research projects.
Collaborates with team members in a collegial and professional manner, adhering to all institutional policies and guidelines.

EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the relevant field.
EXPERIENCE

Proficiency in relevant research methodologies and tools, such as statistical software (e.g., SPSS), laboratory techniques, or research ethics.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration and report writing.
Familiarity with subject-specific practices and protocols (e.g., IRB procedures, statistical analysis, etc.).
Organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
