The Opportunity

An established SAP consulting organisation is looking for a Senior Consultant specialising in SAP HCM Payroll to support HR transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of SAP Payroll projects
• Advise clients on SAP HCM Payroll processes
• Analyse requirements and develop appropriate SAP solutions
• Support configuration and implementation activities
• Work with business stakeholders throughout transformation programmes
• Contribute to workshops, testing and project delivery

Your Profile

• Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience
• Experience delivering SAP Payroll projects
• Strong understanding of German payroll processes
• Consulting or implementation background
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and strong English skills
