Qnity Litho R&D within Semiconductor Technologies (ST) is looking for a Chemist in Dongtan, Korea.
Litho R&D develops a broad portfolio of litho materials that drive advances in semiconductor industry. Including KrF & ArF resist, BARC, EUV underlayer and EUV resists, our new products improve the performance of semiconductor devices by delivering requirements of our customers. Especially, functional sub-layer(FSL) group, EUV group, and material group in Litho R&D work to develop new ArF/KrF BARC & EUV underlayer, EUV resist product by innovative formulation design with new materials.
Develop BARC & EUV underlayer, EUV resist and new material by designing new concepts or finding optimum formulation to meet required performance.
Resolve technology challenges through focused scientific methodology, multidisciplinary approach, and innovative thinking.
Apply expertise in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry/physics, analytical methodology, physical optics to develop ST lithography materials.
Interact closely with material team, engineering team and Fab operation team for the new platform development.
Project management activities including goal setting & progress monitoring, development planning, training etc.
Create, secure, and manage intellectual property (IP)
Participation in industry and technical conferences.
Your Qualifications:
Ph.D /in Organic chemistry, polymer science, and material science or a Master's degree with experience
Verbal and written communication skills including technical writing and presenting in English/Korean
