Spanish & English Operations Customer Expert
Work Model: 100% Remote
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Accommodation Support: Provided
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Start date: 16/11/2026
Provide professional and empathetic customer support, assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and product or service-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple interactions.
Assist with account, billing, and technical issues.
Identify customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and features.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and performance standards.
Document and handle customer inquiries with attention to detail.
Requirements
Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and B1 English.
Support for one of the following language combinations: Catalan + Valencian
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Documentation: EU Passport OR Portuguese residence permit
