We're heading into our third year of trading and we've grown 60% year-on-year, working alongside some of the biggest names in streetwear and elevated contemporary fashion across the UK, Europe and US.

From product design and production through to quality control and shipping, we handle it all in-house — fast, hands-on, and always working as one team.

We're on the hunt for a hardworking, dynamic Junior Account Manager who knows their way around fashion production and brand — someone ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

 

You'll be working alongside a Senior Account Manager who looks after a portfolio of globally recognised brands sitting at the intersection of streetwear, workwear and elevated contemporary fashion — helping take projects from first idea all the way through to delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client & Brand Management:

·       Support the Senior Account Manager in managing relationships across a portfolio of UK, European and US fashion brands.

·       Act as a day-to-day point of contact for brand queries, providing timely updates and support.

Production & Development Support:

·       Liaise with production and factory teams to track samples, bulk orders and critical path milestones, flagging risks early.

·       Support the development of new product ranges, helping track specs, costings and approvals.

Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to keep projects on track and meet brand deadlines.

·       Facilitate clear communication between brands and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Record Keeping:

·       Maintain accurate records of account activity, sample trackers, and project status updates.

·       Organise and track account-related documentation to ensure data integrity.

Reporting:

·       Help prepare reports on account performance and growth opportunities for management.

·       Analyse data to identify trends and effectiveness of account strategies.

Market & Trend Insight:

·       Keep across fashion, streetwear and market trends relevant to the brand portfolio.

·       Share insight and ideas with the wider team to support brand and business growth.

Event Participation:

·       Attend trade shows and events to promote BWM and build relationships with current and potential brand partners.

Represent BWM professionally and effectively in networking situations.

Qualifications: GCSE Maths & English

Relevant Experience:

Production and/or brand experience within the fashion industry, gained in-house, at an agency, or through internships.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under time pressure.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and streetwear brands.

Technical Skills:

2-3 years of experience in account management, production, or a related role within the fashion or apparel industry.

Understanding of garment production processes, sampling, costing and the critical path.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM or PLM software is an advantage.

Ability to analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
