Talent Acquisition Manager, Wealth

Citi is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of recruiters dedicated to supporting our Citigold and Mortgage businesses. In this senior-level role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for two high-priority business lines, partnering directly with senior leaders and Managing Directors to attract and secure top talent. Your work will directly shape the capability and growth of Citi's wealth and mortgage teams at scale.

## Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals, setting direction, maintaining quality, and supporting individual performance across the Citigold and Mortgage hiring portfolios.
• Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies that address both immediate hiring needs and anticipate future talent requirements across the wealth and mortgage businesses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business leaders and HR partners, managing relationships with function heads and Managing Directors to fill key and senior-level positions.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline through social media channels and professional networks, strengthening Citi's presence in relevant talent markets.
• Manage cross-regional candidate engagement, including navigating international relocation considerations and leading mobility efforts across geographies.
• Partner with internal teams to support the internal mobility process and ensure a structured, fair approach to candidate slating across all open roles.
• Handle sensitive hiring matters with discretion and apply specialist knowledge to resolve complex recruitment challenges through influence and sound judgement.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a demonstrated track record in full-cycle recruiting and senior-level hiring.
• Prior experience managing or supervising a team of recruiting professionals.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates across functions and levels.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles and how they apply within the context of offer management and candidate negotiations.
• Clear and concise communicator, both in writing and verbally, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

## Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting within wealth management, financial services, or mortgage businesses.

## Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
