What Drives Success

The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads recruiting strategy, workforce planning support, and full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing recruiting team while serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders and a hands-on recruiter for critical and leadership-level hiring. 

Success in this role requires balancing talent strategy, operational excellence, team development, stakeholder partnership, and market intelligence to attract and hire top talent that supports business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

Talent Acquisition Strategy 

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce plans, and market conditions. 

• Partner with leaders and HR to anticipate hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. 

• Lead recruitment for leadership, highly specialized, and business-critical positions. 

• Provide market intelligence and insights regarding talent availability, sourcing strategies, compensation trends, and hiring risks. 

• Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement strategies to attract active and passive talent. 

Team Leadership & Talent Development 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, establishing clear expectations, performance standards, and development plans. 

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results. 

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to strengthen recruiting effectiveness, business partnership capabilities, and professional growth. 

• Address performance concerns promptly while promoting employee engagement and retention. 

Recruiting Operations & Performance 

• Oversee recruiting operations, recruiter workload balancing, requisition prioritization, and workforce planning support. 

• Establish consistent recruiting processes, service standards, and operating rhythms that drive efficiency and scalability. 

• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, offer acceptance, and stakeholder satisfaction. 

• Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting performance, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. 

Technology & Talent Intelligence 

• Drive effective utilization of ATS, CRM, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and talent intelligence platforms. 

• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, process compliance, and adoption of recruiting technologies. 

• Advance sourcing capabilities through talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive market engagement. 

Business Partnership & Compliance 

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and executive leaders. 

• Lead talent strategy discussions that align hiring plans, candidate profiles, timelines, and business expectations. 

• Influence effective and data-driven hiring decisions while challenging practices that may impact speed, quality, diversity, or candidate experience. 

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and established hiring practices. 

What We Are Looking For

Required Education & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Eight or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience. 

• Three or more years of people leadership experience leading recruiting teams. 

• Proven success recruiting for leadership, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions. 

• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, distribution, skilled trades, or corporate functions preferred. 

• Experience leveraging ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent intelligence technologies. 

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions and improve results. 

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $114,000 - $149,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
