Regional Talent Acquisition ManagerApex Service Partners Manassas, Virginia, United States (On-site)We’re hiring | Regional Talent Acquisition Manager Apex Service Partners – Atlantic South Region 📍 Manassas, VA | Full-time | Onsite Apex Service Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead regional recruiting strategy across our Atlantic South portfolio. This role partners closely with regional and brand leadership to support growth across Central VA, Northern VA, Maryland, Delaware, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
What you’ll do
- Lead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brands
- Partner with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plans
- Drive high-volume technician hiring as well as leadership and exempt searches
- Build, coach, and support recruiting teams across the region
- Strengthen employer branding and pipeline development
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive results
- Travel throughout the Atlantic South region to support brands
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with people leadership responsibilities
- Multi-site or regional recruiting experience
- Skilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferred
- Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environments
- Willingness to travel regularly
