Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is seeking an experienced and visionary Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all recruitment and workforce planning initiatives across the Hotel. As a key leader within the People & Culture division, this Assistant Department Head role is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while supporting the Resort's commitment to unparalleled luxury hospitality.
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a trusted business partner to the Planning Committee (PC) and Hiring Managers, ensuring staffing strategies align with operational priorities, future growth, and the Four Seasons service culture. This leader is responsible for cultivating a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, building sustainable talent pipelines, and leading a high-performing recruitment function.
What you will do
- Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Recruit all roles including Planning Committee level
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines (LinkedIn/CRM)
- Facilitate exploratory meet-and-greets for PC members with market talent
- Amplify the property’s employer brand through social content and local events
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead campus and community partnerships to secure future pipelines
- Govern and elevate the candidate experience to Four Seasons standards
- Train and upskill hiring managers in interviewing, selection, and talent planning
- Manage visa processes, compliance, and reporting seamlessly
- Provide data-backed insights for GM and PC decision-making
What you bring
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Luxury hospitality, resort, hotel, or service-industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable recruiting up to Planning Committee level
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and reporting tools
- Exposure to DIB strategies and community/campus partnerships
- Strong history of coaching hiring managers and engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills in Japanese and English language.
- Passion for cultivating exceptional employee and candidate experiences.
- Legal authorization to work in Japan.
