- Process invoices and follow up with internal partners, clients or suppliers, as needed
- Provide administrative support for the assigned projects
- Ensure the accuracy of data introduced in the ERP system
- Collect and review data for reports
- Report discrepancies and perform analysis on projects
- Perform activities during month and month end closing
- Participate in monthly meetings with project managers to present projects` KPIs (revenue, costs)
- Communicate with several departments to provide/obtain information, as needed
- Assist Financial Controllers to produce weekly and monthly as well as ad-hoc reports
- Prepare appropriate financial documentation to support internal auditing
- Ensure the reliability and traceability of financial data
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Advanced level of French is required
- Autonomy, organization, attention to details;
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and good analytical skills;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- High flexibility and ability to work with limited supervision;
- A proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn;
- Problem-solving abilities and ownership of assigned activities;
- Good Excel knowledge and ability to work other Microsoft Office tools;
