At Eaton Caribbean we are looking for a Human Resources Services Associate Analyst located at Haina, DR, with the main purpose of supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees, leaders, and other stakeholders.
The Human Resources Services Associate Analyst is responsible for providing a high level of customer service support to local site HR, supervisors and employees that have HR related requests and/or questions. He/She is responsible to analyze and execute HR processes assigned for support; and provide accurate and timely information for HR questions and/or requests in the areas of compensation, payroll, HR data, HR plans and policies and people management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Analyze, prioritize, organize, and execute assigned HR Services solutions and processes from end to end, ensuring adherence to work instructions, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance requirements.
B. Analyze and support the resolution of issues by leveraging HR systems, knowledge resources, and reference materials. Process requests and respond to customer inquiries related to Compensation, Payroll, HR systems maintenance, employee digital records, incident investigations, and other HR services.
C. Communicate policies, procedures, protocols, and applicable government regulations clearly and accurately to customers, ensuring understanding and compliance.
D. Review, analyze, and resolve assigned cases received through multiple channels, including phone, web, and chat, in accordance with established service levels, procedures, and protocols.
E. Execute Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Contact Center Care (CCC) processes from ticket submission through follow-up and completion of final payment processing, while maintaining accurate digital documentation. Ensure data integrity, compliance with company policies and procedures, and timely resolution of customer requests.
F. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HR software, systems, applications, policies, processes, and procedures to effectively support service delivery.
G. Support the implementation of company programs, policies, and services, as appropriate, by serving as the first point of contact and providing an exceptional customer experience.
H. Prepare and maintain work instructions, knowledge articles, procedures, checklists, and audit documentation to ensure operational processes are documented and easily accessible.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree student (at least 90% credits completed) in Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience or 1 year of clerical/administrative experience in Human Resources, preferably in shared services, recruitment, compensation, employees’ operation, payroll and/or systems data management. #LI-MB2
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, fluent conversation.
- Advanced PC knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic knowledge of social networks applied to business.
- Preferred: Experience working with HR systems or applications, payroll systems, time and attendance solutions, and other digital workplace tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
