Senior Staff Specialist Software Development, you will contribute to the
digitalization journey by designing and delivering impactful software
solutions. Through collaboration, technical expertise, and a continuous
improvement mindset, you will help drive meaningful impact. Design,
build and run a web application and platform based on Angular and NestJS that
drives digitalization for product portfolio and roadmap management Collaborate with developers,
architects, business analysts, UX experts and business stakeholders to design
and build systems that are efficient, effective and scalable Guide
and mentor junior developers Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps practices and methods Explore
emerging trends and technologies in software development Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Your ability to mentor
others, combined with your strong technical background and collaborative
mindset, will be key to driving our digital transformation. By sharing
expertise and embracing innovation, you will contribute to delivering scalable
solutions and creating value for the business. Bachelor’s or Master’s
degree in Computer Science , Informatics or in a related field 7+ years of experience in software
development with a focus on architectural design and system integration Expertise in modern web development
frameworks (such as Angular, React, Node.js, ASP.NET Core), programming
languages and database technologies Proven mentorship experience , with a focus
on guiding and developing both senior and junior software engineers Strong understanding of cloud technologies,
containerization and orchestration tools (such as Kubernetes or OpenShift) Proficiency in agile methodologies , DevOps
practices and CI/CD pipelines Fluency in English (mandatory) Please
