Job Description
As a Security Guard - Luxury High-rise, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Wage Rate: $17.50 /per hour
Location: Luxury Condos in Edgewater
Part-Time Shift: Saturday - Monday; 1500-2300

*Must have (No Exceptions):
- Valid Florida Security License D License
- Security Experience required.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills, Professional attitude & Magnificent work ethic.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Must have excellent customer service, be professional & responsible.
- Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
- Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
