As our Senior Enterprise Architect - Customer, you'll play a key role in defining the technology strategy behind some of our most important customer experiences. From digital commerce to customer service, quoting solutions and sales pipeline management, you'll help create seamless experiences for both consumer and commercial customers.

- Shape the future direction of our customer technology landscape and influence how we deliver value for customers across multiple channels.
- Develop strategic roadmaps that help guide the evolution of enterprise capabilities and platforms.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic goals into practical technology outcomes.
- Work alongside architects across data, integration, merch, supply chain and corporate domains to create connected solutions.
- Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, business capability and operational efficiency.
- Provide architectural leadership across key programs and initiatives, helping teams make confident technology decisions.
- Champion best practice across cloud, integration, security and data architecture while balancing innovation with long-term sustainability.
- Support and mentor fellow architects, contributing to a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
About You

What you'll need
- Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture within large, complex organisations (minimum 5-10 years).
- Strong understanding of customer-facing platforms, including Commercial Quoting & Sales Pipeline, Customer Service, eCommerce, Loyalty and Payments.
- Knowledge of commercial (Trade and Business) and Retail customer journeys, with an appreciation for how technology enables great customer experiences.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, target state architectures and technology roadmaps.
- Strong expertise across cloud platforms, integration patterns, data architecture and security principles.
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and the ability to understand where and how AI will play a role across technology decisions
- Experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Exposure to architecture management tools such as Ardoq will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for mentoring others and helping build architectural capability across teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce is essential
