Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The main purpose of this position is to own and scale the Perfect Store strategy for PepsiCo Puerto Rico, developing strategy into winning in-store execution that accelerates Volume, SOM and Net Revenue growth. The role also leads all Trade Marketing activities for the DTS channel , making it the single point of accountability for how PepsiCo shows up at the shelf.

 

Your Impact  

 

  • Lead the evolution and deployment of in-store execution strategies, defining standards and priorities by channel and customer segment.
  • Manage the trade marketing and merchandising agenda, ensuring consistent execution at the point of sale.
  • Develop the commercial activity calendar, including seasonal programs, innovation launches and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor execution through scorecards, audits and performance analysis, translating findings into corrective action plans.
  • Use market, sales and in-store data to identify opportunities and guide investment recommendations.
  • Coordinate the deployment of commercial materials and resources, including planning, inventory control and return tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate execution progress, commercial impact and key learnings.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, Commercial Execution, or similar roles within CPG, Retail, and/or Food Service environments.
  • Experience with Perfect Store / PICoS, in-store execution frameworks, sell-in / sell-out analysis, and in-store audit data to build fact-based commercial recommendations (mandatory)
  • Exposure to Organized Trade (OT) and Direct-to-Store (DTS) models is preferred.

 

Technical Knowledge

  • Intermediate English, with fluent conversational / speaking skills required.
  • Excel: Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory)
  • Power BI: Intermediate (mandatory)
  • Power Apps, tracking/database tools, and NIQ/Nielsen are preferred.
