As a Picker or Packer, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing orders for shipment to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
• Check and verify product quality and quantity before packing
• Label and organize packages for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with orders to the supervisor
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed
