Msuez Uk is a leading packaging and logistics company in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Picker or Packer.

As a Picker or Packer, you will be responsible for selecting and packing products for shipment according to customer orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
• Label and mark packages with correct information
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate any inventory or order discrepancies to management
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift certification is a plus
