What you’ll be doing 

As a Radiation Therapist with GenesisCare, you’ll be part of an experienced multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality radiation therapy and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. 

Depending on your experience and location, you’ll work across pre-treatment and treatment, using contemporary technology and techniques while continuing to build your clinical skills and expertise. 

More specifically, you will: 

• Deliver safe and accurate radiation therapy across pre-treatment and treatment  

• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care throughout the treatment journey  

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes  

• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, quality and patient safety  

• Contribute to quality improvement and service development  

• Help create a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience  

• Continue developing your skills through ongoing learning and training  

What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for Radiation Therapists who are passionate about patient care, enjoy working as part of a team and are excited by the opportunity to build their career somewhere new. 

You’ll have: 

• A recognised qualification in Radiation Therapy and current, or close to obtaining, AHPRA registration  

• Eligibility to obtain the relevant radiation licence for the state in which you’ll be working  

• Experience in planning and treatment delivery, or an eagerness to develop these skills as a recent graduate  

• A genuine passion for exceptional patient care  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills  

• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning  

• An interest in exploring a new career and lifestyle opportunity across Western Australia, South Australia or Regional Queensland
