Customer Quality Manager Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response. Manage the critical issues that customer focuses Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC Support the quality improvement activity with customers Manage customer quality satisfaction Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering At least 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Customer Quality Management Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.) Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test) It is required to have good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.
