Thompson Thrift is seeking a Production Manager based in Indianapolis, IN to lead the production of high-quality marketing deliverables that support our growing real estate organization.
In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams, provide direction to the Production Artist, and oversee third-party vendors to move marketing projects from planning through final production. Your Role as a Production Manager
As a Marketing Production Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across Thompson Thrift to plan and produce marketing materials while helping establish product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You’ll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage deadlines, provide direction to the Production Artist, and supervise third-party vendors.
You’ll oversee pre-production and quality control for a variety of marketing deliverables, including presentation and report packages, signage, packaging, branded gifts and merchandise, and digital assets such as maps, renderings, and plans. You’ll also manage vendor and supplier relationships, monitor performance and market trends, and help identify opportunities that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for marketing deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support business growth
- Coordinate project initiatives, communications, launch activities, and deadlines
- Provide direction to the Production Artist and supervise third-party vendors
- Oversee pre-production planning for presentations, reports, signage, packaging, branded merchandise, gifts, and digital marketing assets
- Lead quality control and final approvals before deliverables move into production, including oversight of the printing process
- Ensure final marketing materials are accurate in color, text, graphics, and overall presentation
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure the quality of materials and finished products
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and conditions and identify new business opportunities
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related field, with direct production management experience preferred.
