## What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
The Senior Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for leading Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives for the assigned domain. This role ensures the definition, quality, governance, and effective use of critical enterprise data across source systems and downstream platforms. Acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams, the role drives data quality, enforces governance standards, applies change management practices, and enables data-driven business outcomes. The position also brings strong customer data domain and CRM business understanding to ensure data models, definitions, and governance decisions align with industry and operational requirements.
1. Lead and coordinate MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and data strategy.
2. Act as a bridge between IT and business teams to translate data requirements into actionable solutions.
3. Manage large volumes of master data across domains, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
4. Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to close data gaps.
5. Drive data governance practices, including the development and enforcement of standards, policies, and procedures.
6. Ensure timely and accurate data updates in CRM.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and data stewards involved in MDM activities.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve MDM processes, tools, and workflows to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
9. Support Salesforce data migration and TPH integration with ERP.
10. Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance data quality monitoring, stewardship efficiency, and root cause analysis.
## Qualifications:
1. Bachlers Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar.
2. Minimum 6 years prior technical and Customer domain industry experience preferred.
3. At least 6-year exp in Master data management.
## Skills:
1. Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.
2. Experience in Advanced Excel is must.
3. Experience is Power BI and SQL is good to have.
4. Good to have knowledge of Salesforce.
