Description

Are you ready to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites? Do you enjoy working hands-on in factories, guiding leaders and teams through transformation, and building capability where it really matters? Join us and help shape a World Class Supply Chain across our Health & Medical operations.

About the Role

This is a regional role with extensive international travel, typically around 50% of the time, especially during the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and leadership teams across our Health & Medical manufacturing network, covering key locations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Excellence Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and hands-on change agent, partnering with Site Managers, Operations Leaders, and functional leaders to accelerate the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Operational Excellence practices. You will support a diverse network of manufacturing sites at different stages of TPM maturity, helping accelerate their journey toward World Class Manufacturing standards while delivering measurable business results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the deployment of TPM and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with business priorities

  • Partner with Regional Operations Directors and Functional Leaders to align TPM deployment priorities across a network of multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Support factories through TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones, providing guidance and coaching to achieve the expected standards.

  • Identify operational gaps, facilitate root cause analysis, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities and standard work practices directly on the shop floor.

  • Drive measurable improvements in operational performance including OEE, productivity, reliability, cost reduction and loss elimination through TPM deployment.

  • Conduct regular implementation health checks, monitor progress against roadmap objectives, and define corrective actions where needed.

  • Facilitate the sharing, replication, and standardization of best practices across the manufacturing network to accelerate operational excellence.

  • Contribute to digital manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies that enhance operational performance.

  • Support the integration of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions within the TPM roadmap to enhance visibility, performance management and decision making.

Who You Are

  • University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environments, ideally within multi-site organizations.

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing TPM from an operational perspective, with a strong understanding of TPM pillars, governance, and sustainability mechanisms.

  • Experience supporting factories through TPM maturity milestones and JIPM certification processes is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements through structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and build credibility with senior leaders and shop floor teams alike.

  • Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable due to the international scope of the role. Additional languages are considered an advantage.

  • Experience in designing and deploying digital manufacturing or digital transformation roadmaps is highly valued.
