Description
Are you ready to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites? Do you enjoy working hands-on in factories, guiding leaders and teams through transformation, and building capability where it really matters? Join us and help shape a World Class Supply Chain across our Health & Medical operations.
About the Role
This is a regional role with extensive international travel, typically around 50% of the time, especially during the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and leadership teams across our Health & Medical manufacturing network, covering key locations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia. You will support a diverse network of manufacturing sites at different stages of TPM maturity, helping accelerate their journey toward World Class Manufacturing standards while delivering measurable business results.
What You Will Do

Identify operational gaps, facilitate root cause analysis, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities and standard work practices directly on the shop floor.
Drive measurable improvements in operational performance including OEE, productivity, reliability, cost reduction and loss elimination through TPM deployment.
Conduct regular implementation health checks, monitor progress against roadmap objectives, and define corrective actions where needed.
Facilitate the sharing, replication, and standardization of best practices across the manufacturing network to accelerate operational excellence.
Contribute to digital manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies that enhance operational performance.
Support the integration of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions within the TPM roadmap to enhance visibility, performance management and decision making.
Who You Are
University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environments, ideally within multi-site organizations.
Proven hands-on experience implementing TPM from an operational perspective, with a strong understanding of TPM pillars, governance, and sustainability mechanisms.
Experience supporting factories through TPM maturity milestones and JIPM certification processes is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements through structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching capabilities.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and build credibility with senior leaders and shop floor teams alike.
Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable due to the international scope of the role. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
