If you are looking for a place where your work truly makes an impact, you have come to the right place.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Global Demand & Inventory Planner to join our Supply Chain team, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
In this role, you will lead global demand planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and inventory reporting across EROAD's business. You will work closely with our Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate commercial activity into reliable supply signals and ensure our inventory and supply plans support our customers, financial objectives, and operational goals.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and maintaining a disciplined demand planning process that converts sales pipeline, customer commitments, and historical demand into an accurate forward demand plan
Leading monthly demand reviews as a key contributor to our SIOP process
Owning and improving inventory reporting to provide clear visibility of stock position, availability, and working capital impacts
Partnering with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and align demand plans with business strategy
Monitoring and influencing key inventory and supply KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
Identifying opportunities to automate forecast inputs and improve planning tools and governance
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP, or a similar supply chain planning role
Strong analytical capability with experience using Salesforce, ERP, Excel, Power BI, or similar planning tools
Experience leading cross-functional planning discussions and influencing commercial, supply chain, and operational stakeholders
A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach with the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity
Experience in a technology, hardware, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred
