The role requires balancing multiple priorities, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that all aspects of the program or project are progressing smoothly toward successful completion. Collaboration and coordination across different teams and departments are essential to meet expectations and achieve desired outcomes effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in managing project lifecycles and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse groups.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges promptly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
