Responsibilities
- Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team.
- Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
- Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
- Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
- Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong people and leadership abilities.
- Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
