Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of senior lab technicians
• Prepare samples and specimens for analysis
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Record and organize test results and data accurately
• Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to senior staff
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
