Course Description:

Observations et activités d'apprentissage et d'analyse de l'enseignement aux cycles moyen, intermédiaire et supérieur. Familiarisation aux différents aspects de la profession enseignante. Retour réflexif sur les notions théoriques et sur les expériences réalisées dans le cadre des stages et des séminaires d'intégration. Élaboration d'un dossier professionnel d'apprentissage.

Le programme de formation à l’enseignement de la Faculté d’éducation de l’Université d’Ottawa recrute des professeures conseillères et de professeurs conseillers pour accompagner des stagiaires en enseignement aux cycles primaire, moyen, intermédiaire et supérieur. Ce rôle s’inscrit dans une démarche de formation pratique et réflexive visant à soutenir le développement professionnel des futurs enseignants.

Requirements:

La professeure conseillère ou le professeur conseiller aura pour mission, entre autres, de :

❖ Offrir un accompagnement pédagogique et un soutien affectif favorisant le développement progressif des compétences professionnelles en enseignement, à travers des rétroactions constructives, ciblées et adaptées au niveau du stagiaire ;

❖ Mettre en place des modalités efficaces de supervision à distance, en utilisant des outils numériques appropriés et en veillant au respect des principes liés à l’éthique et à la confidentialité;

❖ Soutenir activement l’enseignante accompagnatrice ou l’enseignant accompagnateur afin d’assurer une cohérence et une complémentarité dans l’encadrement du stagiaire ;

❖ Planifier, réaliser et documenter des séances d’observation, ainsi que des rencontres de rétroaction en dyade et en triade à distance, en s’appuyant sur des outils numériques facilitant l’analyse réflexive ;

❖ Participer à la séance d’information obligatoire le 8 octobre 2026 (10 h à 12 h).

❖ Animer les séminaires de stage aux dates suivantes :

22 octobre 2026 - 17 h 30 à 20 h 20 Présentiel

26 novembre 2026- 17 h 30 à 20 h 20 (Distance – synchrone)

18 février 2026 - 17 h 30 à 20 h 20 Présentiel

23 avril 2027 - 13 h à 15 h 50 Présentiel

❖ Attribuer la note sommative du stage et entrer la note sommative du stage dans le registre prévu à cet effet au plus tard dans les 10 jours suivant la fin du stage.
