Role
LevPro, now part of Octus, is a modern operating system for Leveraged Credit asset managers, founded to modernize a $1.5 trillion finance sector where highly skilled professionals still populate spreadsheets from unstructured emails, manually match names to identifiers, and work off text documents. Clearly there’s a better way, and LevPro is here to help.
We use artificial intelligence (and a little magic) to solve a number of data, nomenclature, and workflow problems that have plagued this industry, resulting in a massively improved user experience. Our single code base allows us to iterate at a rapid pace (often multiple times a day), which also results in industry-leading customer response times.
Our platform has enjoyed strong adoption across the Alternative Asset industry, with many of our clients transitioning away from the legacy software they’ve been using for years. We’re looking to bolster our talented team with the addition of key strategic hires to support growth.

As a Senior European Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new and cross-sell opportunities, and/or driving new/cross-sell opportunities that are sourced by our wider new business/account management team, diagnosing challenges that get prioritized for investment, multi-threading with the customer's organization and closing the deal.You will work closely with our Solutions Engineering team, our Commercial team, our Implementations team and our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding. You'll be responsible for learning the product, understanding a sophisticated buyer's workflow end-to-end and showing them how much friction and operational risk disappear when data and tooling live in one place.
Responsibilities
- Source new and cross-sell opportunities with European BSL/CLO and private credit managers
- Demonstrate expert understanding of our ICPs' workflows, challenges and key value drivers
- Run effective trials that drive adoption and urgency
- Liaise with our internal teams and client to manage scope
- Maintain relationship with client on a go-forward basis
- Carry a target for ARR
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience selling similar or adjacent products with a proven track record of excellence
- Expertise in Leveraged Credit
- Continuous learner who is coachable
