What you'll be doing:
Optimise and maintain all processes and assets across AVSE sites, including planned preventative and corrective maintenance, work orders, and basic maintenance tasks
Conduct on-site sampling and analysis, report to Supervisor on site operations and compliance, and maintain accurate data in computerized maintenance management systems
Maintain highest health and safety standards, respond to alarms and adverse developments, manage site security at Seafield, and ensure proper use of Permit to Work systems
Manage and cooperate with contractors, provide technical assistance to site teams, and participate actively in team work and problem-solving activities
Provide technical feedback to senior teams for capital interventions, maintain up-to-date asset information, and ensure timely completion of associated documentation
Participate in standby rota to respond to emergencies and support maintenance technician duties as required
What we're looking for:
Essential
The ability to optimise operational plant to ensure optimum performance, contractual and regulatory compliance
Skills/Expertise in running and maintaining Wastewater processes and assets or similar.
Strong problem solving skills
Full driving license required
Desirable
Excellent knowledge of all areas, sites and processes within the AVSE contract scope.
Practical knowledge of Google packages, experience of computerized maintenance management package(s).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good commercial awareness.
Health and Safety awareness/qualifications.
Confined space qualification for medium risk entries.
Competence in the issuing and use of all company permit to work systems
Risk assessment and method statement training
