Are you a self-starter with integrity and a desire to learn and grow? We are seeking an Operations Technician to join our team at our Chandler, AZ facility, which includes six ASU plants, two liquefiers, and a nitrogen pipeline delivery system. This role is responsible for the safe, day-to-day operation of plant systems and equipment while adhering to all EH&S standards, site-specific requirements, and Quality Systems Manual procedures to support a zero lost-time injury culture.
This role performs work in accordance with company quality systems and site-specific procedures, and monitors daily production to ensure reliability, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust plant process conditions using valves and operating equipment
- Maintain an electronic logbook of operational activities
- Identify and resolve process upsets using operating indicators and DCS trends
- Calibrate and operate process and pipeline analyzers
- Perform daily routines including water treatment, equipment inspections, and log readings
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain required online training compliance
- Issue safety work permits and perform lockout/tagout procedures
- Load trailers and support product loading operations
- Continuously inspect work areas for mechanical issues, safety hazards, and abnormal operating conditions; maintain clean and orderly workspaces
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of operations experience and/or a 2-year degree in Process Technology
- Military experience preferred
- Electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs) preferred
- Experience with personal computers and/or DCS systems
- This is a safety-sensitive position
Work Hours:
- Work schedule includes 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to work on-call rotations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in all weather conditions
- Availability to meet mandatory call-in requirements as needed
